Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms before using our website, requesting a quotation or placing an order with 2PL Enterprise Sole Co.,Ltd.

Before placing an export order: please confirm the product specifications, quantity, price, payment schedule, delivery terms and required documents with our team.

1. About These Terms

This website is operated by 2PL Enterprise Sole Co.,Ltd, located in Vientiane Capital, Lao P.D.R. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean the company.

These terms describe the general conditions for website use and transactions with us. Specific terms accepted by both parties in a quotation, order confirmation or sales agreement take precedence where they conflict with these general terms, subject to applicable law.

2. Product Information

Our website presents fruits and agricultural products. Product availability depends on season, harvest conditions, stock and destination requirements.

Images are illustrative. Agricultural products may naturally vary in color, shape and appearance. Such variation does not replace or override any specifications agreed for an order.

Buyers should confirm the variety, grade, maturity, size, product form, packing and any required certification before ordering.

3. Prices & Quotations

Website prices apply to the unit and currency shown on the relevant listing. Bulk and export transactions may require a separate quotation based on quantity, specifications and delivery requirements.

  • A quotation applies for the validity period stated in that quotation.
  • Packing, freight, insurance, duties and taxes are included only where expressly stated.
  • The final payable amount and any additional charges must be disclosed and agreed before order acceptance.

If a pricing or listing error is identified before acceptance, we will contact you with the corrected information so you can decide whether to proceed.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An inquiry, shopping cart submission or automated receipt acknowledgment does not by itself confirm acceptance of an export order.

An order is accepted when we expressly confirm acceptance in writing, including by email or another agreed written communication channel, after the relevant specifications and commercial terms have been agreed.

If an order cannot be accepted, we will notify you. Any payment already received for the unaccepted order will be refunded.

Please provide accurate company, contact, billing, delivery and consignee information, and notify us promptly if corrections are needed.

5. Quantity & Weight

Products may be quoted by kilogram, metric tonne, piece, carton or another stated unit. Do not assume that one checkout quantity represents one kilogram unless the listing expressly says so.

For products sold by weight, the order documents should specify whether pricing uses net product weight or gross packed weight, together with any agreed weighing method or tolerance.

Any adjustment based on actual weight must follow the method agreed before the order is accepted.

6. Payment Terms

Available payment methods, currency, deposit requirements, balance due dates and responsibility for bank charges will be stated in the accepted order documents.

Production, preparation or shipment may depend on receipt of payment where the agreed payment schedule requires it.

Use only payment instructions confirmed by our company. If you receive a request to change bank details, verify it by calling our published telephone number before transferring funds.

7. Shipping & Export Arrangements

Shipping method, delivery location, estimated schedule, handling requirements and allocation of transport costs must be agreed for each order.

If an Incoterms® rule is used, the order documents must identify the rule, named place or port, and applicable edition. Payment and ownership arrangements should be agreed separately.

  • Required permits, certificates and customs documents should be identified before order acceptance.
  • Each party must complete the export or import responsibilities allocated to it under the agreement and applicable law.
  • Destination restrictions may affect whether a product can be supplied to a particular market.
  • Transfer of risk, insurance arrangements and responsibility for duties and taxes follow the agreed sales and delivery terms.

Estimated dates are subject to confirmation. If we become aware of a material delay, we will communicate with you about the expected impact and available arrangements.

8. Inspection, Handling & Storage

Please inspect the shipment promptly upon receipt and record any visible damage, shortage or concern about product condition.

Fresh and frozen products require handling and storage appropriate to the product and the agreed shipping specifications. Follow any handling instructions supplied with the order.

For a quality claim, retain relevant photographs, package labels, delivery records and temperature records where available. Do not return perishable goods without first discussing suitable arrangements with our team.

9. Order Changes, Cancellations & Claims

Contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order. Available options depend on the agreed terms and whether sourcing, preparation, packing or shipment has begun.

Any cancellation charges must be supported by the applicable agreement and law. These terms do not make every deposit automatically non-refundable.

For damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods, contact us with your order reference and supporting information. We will review the claim against the agreed specifications and discuss an appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law.

Please also review our Refund & Returns Policy . Nothing in that policy or these terms removes mandatory rights available under applicable law.

10. Unexpected Disruptions

Severe weather, crop disruption, transport interruption, government restrictions and other events outside a party’s reasonable control may affect performance.

The affected party should notify the other promptly and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. Any revised schedule, alternative supply, cancellation or refund will be addressed under the agreed contract and applicable law.

An unexpected event does not automatically permit retention of payment for goods that will not be supplied.

11. Website Use & Content

Please use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent orders or introduce harmful software.

Website text, branding and other content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Viewing product information does not grant permission to reproduce protected content for commercial use without authorization.

We aim to keep website information accurate, but errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us to confirm information that is important to your order.

12. Privacy

Information about how we handle personal data is available in our Privacy Policy . Please review it before submitting personal information through the website.

13. Legal Rights & Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about an order, please contact us first so that we can review the facts and seek a practical resolution.

Any agreed governing law, court jurisdiction or arbitration arrangement should be stated in the applicable sales agreement. Where none is agreed, the relevant rules of applicable law determine these matters.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights where doing so would be unlawful.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may publish revised terms on this page. Changes apply to future transactions and do not alter an already accepted order unless both parties agree or applicable law requires otherwise.
